This package comes with 2 pair of 14” crossmembers. One pair is flush mounted to the top and the other pair is a standard two flange crossmember. Available in 1” or 5/8” and comes in standard satin black (Other color options available if you send us an email)

Lloyd I have an extremely space constrained gym and these short cross members greatly expanded my options. These are the smallest you can go and not have the weights impede my lifts in the cage. Quality is extremely high!
