The Bremmy Roller J Cups have a slim design to mimic a sandwich J-cup but also have a roller that allows you to easily center the barbell before you lift. The roller is made of 2” UHMW that protects your bars and collars from damage. These have an elongated hole at the bottom that allows you to use any mag pin (not included) to secure it from swaying.
