The Bremmy Spotter arms are used to keep you safe while lifting inside your squat rack. These spotter use a side pin and have holes in the front and back that are made to utilize magpins/hitchpins. The 1/4” bent side plate design has 1” holes on a 2” pattern. The center tube is 2.5” square tubing that combines with the 1/4” plates to accommodate certain attachments that are made for 3”x3” tubing. They have a stainless steel pin and stainless steel hardware so you never have to worry about rust. These spotters are intended to use INSIDE of your four post squat rack.
They are built to be used with squat racks that are mounted to the floor. Using spotter arms on the face of a squat rack that isn’t mounted can cause it to tip.
